  • Micro-credit financing to women’s associations and groups fostering orphans in 5 Prefectures.
  • Grants to agricultural and educational oriented activities.
  • Supply of relief aid during massive return of refugees from Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo (then Zaire).
